Louise Marsh was the Managing Director of Programs with the Senior Citizens Council of Clackamas County, Inc.

Louise had been employed with the agency since February 1992. She decided to retire last year to spend more time with her six grandchildren. She is a registered Guardian/Conservator with the National Guardianship Association and an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary. She is a member in good standing with the National Guardianship Association, the Guardian Conservator Association of Oregon, the American Society on Aging. Louise also has a Masters in Public Administration with an Advanced Certificate in Gerontology.

Louise states “I was raised in a family that believes in giving back to the community.” She currently packs food boxes for Lift Urban Portland and volunteers at the Bloom Project and Ronald McDonald House. She is also a trained “NET” through the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management and is involved in her neighborhood emergency preparedness.

Louise lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and they are spending much of their free time enjoying their four grandsons and two granddaughters.
