A court appointed guardian and/or conservator is for individuals who are at-risk or have been victims of abuse, neglect or exploitation and lack the capacity to make decisions or manage their finances in their own best interest.

Referrals are reviewed by a volunteer advisory committee before acceptance.

Fees are $100.00 per hour, charged in quarter-hour increments. Services are provided to anyone regardless of ability to pay, as long as funding is available for the establishment and annual court filing costs.

Christina Bird, Executive Director; Louise Marsh, Managing Director of Programs and Sue Jones, Program Coordinator are all Registered Guardians and Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciaries.
