Louise Marsh was the Managing Director of Programs with the Senior Citizens Council of Clackamas County, Inc.
Louise had been employed with the agency since February 1992. She decided to retire last year to spend more time with her six grandchildren. She is a registered Guardian/Conservator with the National Guardianship Association and an Oregon Certified Professional Fiduciary and a Certified Geriatric Care Manager through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. She is a member in good standing with the National Guardianship Association, the Guardian Conservator Association of Oregon, the American Society on Aging and the Aging and Life Care Association. Louise also has a Masters in Public Administration with an Advanced Certificate in Gerontology.
Louise states “I was raised in a family that believes in giving back to the community.” She currently provides dinner to a homeless family shelter on a monthly basis. She packs and delivers back packs of “food for the weekend” for students at an elementary school who are in transitional housing.
Louise lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and they are spending much of their free time enjoying their three grandsons and new granddaughter.
